  Teri is the BEST! We have used her to buy two homes and sell one since we moved to Arizona in 2018. She took on a lot with us - we have moved often and usually I am the one who goes ahead of the family for work, so I have to look at houses on my own with a realtor. Teri was terrific from the get-go, not only helping us buy our first house, but also helping me find a furnished rental before my family came west and we could move into our home. When we decided to downsize, Teri again helped sell our place quickly and get us into a home that was just right for us.

The ways she also stays in touch long after the sale and always looking to see if her clients need help is top-notch. If I had to pick The Best Realtor in Scottsdale I’d say Teri hands down. Her communication skills are excellent, and she makes you feel like you’re her only client even though she’s helping many families.   I relocated from Connecticut to Chandler, AZ, in 2022. I had some pretty specific needs/wants in a house. Teri worked around my ability to travel here and patiently showed me dozens of houses, including opening my mind to other communities and possibilities. I bought a house and with her help did due diligence on it and ended up pulling out of the deal. That meant a whole new trip and search. In the end I found the perfect house for me at a better price. Teri went above and beyond helping me secure the purchase, getting the inspections and later she helped me get the house painted and carpeted and other work done while I was back in Connecticut. She could not have been more professional, helpful or kind. She continues to stay in touch. She knows the Phoenix market. Teri was recommended to me by a former colleague who also relocated across the country to Phoenix. I’d highly recommend her for a relo … or a local sale/move.   My husband, daughters & I were displaced after returning home from vacation to a flooded home, due to a water leak. We were in need of a short-term rental. I found a beautiful home and reached out to Teri on Zillow. Within a very short time, she contacted me and informed me she would be available that same day so we could view the property. Teri was very welcoming when we arrived at the home! She was extremely knowledgeable, informative and super helpful with answering any questions we had. She was in contact with me throughout the entire transaction. Whether it was by email/call or a simple text she made sure I was always aware during the process. She worked very hard with my insurance company and met all their required guidelines in such short notice. As for myself, being in the housing industry and working with agents, Teri is one of a kind.   If I could give Teri more than 5 stars, I definitely would! She is very warm and welcoming as a person and that helps alleviate the anxiety and stress that house hunting/buying can cause. It was my first time purchasing a house in the US and she made it easy for me to learn and deal with technicalities. Teri is very informative and knowledgeable with her profession. She has a vast impressive. She is always able to give me options when one doesn't work out.

From the purchase of our first starter home, to the negotiations of selling, and then buying a new house, Teri was there every step of the way.

No matter how big the purchase or sale was, we are always treated as a VIP member. She got to know us on such a personal level. Her delivery of a holiday gingerbread house every year was such a family highlight, and a creative way to remind us she works with houses :). Just recently we were touring our new house while an ice cream truck went buy. She pulled out some money and gave it to our daughter to go run it down to buy something. So nice!!
