  My husband, daughters & I were displaced after returning home from vacation to a flooded home, due to a water leak. We were in need of a short-term rental. I found a beautiful home and reached out to Teri on Zillow. Within a very short time, she contacted me and informed me she would be available that same day so we could view the property. Teri was very welcoming when we arrived at the home! She was extremely knowledgeable, informative and super helpful with answering any questions we had. She was in contact with me throughout the entire transaction. Whether it was by email/call or a simple text she made sure I was always aware during the process. She worked very hard with my insurance company and met all their required guidelines in such short notice. As for myself, being in the housing industry and working with agents, Teri is one of a kind. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of. What I loved most about Teri was that she was always available. She never made us feel like she didn't have time for us. Anytime I contacted her, she was extremely prompt on getting back to me. I would highly recommend Teri for your real estate transactions. She worked very diligently on making sure all parties were taken care of.  Thank you Teri for all your help with getting my family into a wonderful home.   If I could give Teri more than 5 stars, I definitely would! She is very warm and welcoming as a person and that helps alleviate the anxiety and stress that house hunting/buying can cause. It was my first time purchasing a house in the US and she made it easy for me to learn and deal with technicalities. Teri is very informative and knowledgeable with her profession. She has a vast impressive. She is always able to give me options when one doesn't work out.

From the purchase of our first starter home, to the negotiations of selling, and then buying a new house, Teri was there every step of the way.

No matter how big the purchase or sale was, we are always treated as a VIP member. She got to know us on such a personal level. Her delivery of a holiday gingerbread house every year was such a family highlight, and a creative way to remind us she works with houses :). Just recently we were touring our new house while an ice cream truck went buy. She pulled out some money and gave it to our daughter to go run it down to buy something. So nice!!
