We cannot say enough wonderful things about Teri and Fernando Armijo! They went above and beyond to help our family sell our home and purchase a larger home in Queen Creek, AZ. From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, organized, and manageable.
Their knowledge of the market, professionalism, communication, and genuine commitment to our family were exceptional. They listened to what we wanted, worked incredibly hard on our behalf, and were always available when we had questions or needed guidance. We truly felt like they cared about finding the right home for us—not just closing a deal.
Selling our family home was emotional, but Teri and Fernando handled everything with tremendous care and made sure we felt confident throughout the process. They then helped us find the larger Queen Creek home that was the perfect next step for our family.

Teri is the best realtor we could have ever went with. She is so personable, thoughtful, helpful, and patient. As first time home buyers, she gave us all the tools we would need as if she was one of our relatives helping us. That made it a family feel, where we were comfortable with our choices and never felt stiffed. Teri also put us first even in negotiations… to the point where she was willing to get paid less just so we can have more (of course we denied her suggestion because she is the best). We ended up getting the best first house four our money and so many people still compliment us today - we wouldn’t have been able to get this dream going without Teri! She also reaches out after you buy the home. She actually cares about your success and finding something you want. 1000/10 would recommend to ANYONE! Teri was amazing! From detailed updates to attending appointments that we could not physically be there to attend. We never felt better represented than when we were working with Teri to buy our home.
